TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY
We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Loyalty Reward Stamp (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies. It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms of purchase and refund policy as the information contained herein may update or change at any time or without notice.
General
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Physical Products
Most apparel & electronic hardware items are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers so we cannot refund or exchange the item if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer’s remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned to our 3rd party fulfillment center. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our customer service department within 30 days.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the physical product in NEW condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). You can contact our Customer Service Department at customersupport@loyaltyrewardstamp.com during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday for refund procedures.
Digital Downloads & Digital Platform Access
All digital platforms, digital programs, pre-paid digital programs, text credits, and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer a digital product or digital program/platform refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at customersupport@loyaltyrewardstamp.com during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. ****Please note if your current program exceeds the number of customers or number of locations for which you originally signed up, you will be automatically upgraded to the next program level.
Upgrades/Downgrades
Upgrades to higher plan levels in less than 45 days will result in the difference in the one-time plan set-up charges to be due. Downgraded plans at any time will not receive a refund or difference in plan set up charges in any set-up fees collected.
Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Loyalty Reward Stamp and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.
Termination
Early cancellation, including termination by either party or for non-payment, will result in the remainder of the balance being due. Any monetary amounts collected or pre-paid for the month, quarter, or year, will not be refunded. Text credit balances have no cash or monetary value and cannot be refunded. Once access has been granted there is nothing we can retrieve back, therefore there is no refund on service or access, even for non-start or lack of usage or utilization.
If you decided to proceed with a dispute refund, please be aware of Loyalty Reward Stamp's Blacklist Policy. A $99.00 dispute resolution fee will be added to all disputes. For more information, please email us at customersupport@loyaltyrewardstamp.com

Cancellation of Service(s)
If you wish to cancel any service(s) with Loyalty Reward Stamp, please do so in your customer dashboard or you may email customersupport@loyaltyrewardstamp.com. Once we receive your request, your account will be terminated effective the day received. If you cancel before downloading your data and wish for your customer data to be recovered there is a $250.00 technology recovery fee per account to restore your account and recover your customer data. If you cancel on the same day your auto payment is withdrawn, there is a 15% of the total billed amount, refund processing charge. The refund is not automatic and the request must be in writing the same day the charge occurs.
